To sign in, you’ll need an active Gen Mobile account. If you already have service, open the app and sign in using your Gen Mobile phone number and account PIN.
Account access and app features become available after activation is complete. If you don’t have a Gen Mobile account yet, you’ll need to purchase a SIM card or eSIM with a data plan and activate your service before signing in.
