Gen Mobile Do Not Contact Policy

Please carefully read this Do Not Contact Policy (“DNC Policy”) and Our (a) Terms & Conditions, including for Lifeline, ACP, and CA LifeLine; (b) Consumer Polices & Privacy Notice, (c) MyGenMobile App End User License Agreement; (d) Auto Pay Authorization, (e) International Long Distance (“ILD”) Consumer Agreement, (f) Global Unlimited Text Messaging, (g) Rate Plan, and (h) other terms, rules, or policies as made available to You from time to time, which may apply to You when purchasing or using Our Gen Mobile-branded Lifeline products and/or services. This DNC Policy may be amended or updated at any time and from time to time in Our sole and absolute discretion (effective immediately upon posting).

 

When we say “We”, “Us”, “Our” or “Gen Mobile”, we mean DISH Wireless L.L.C. and when we say “You”, “Your”, and “User”, we mean a Gen Mobile-branded account holder or someone who uses our devices or services.

Do Not Contact Policy

We understand that some customers and members of the community may not wish to receive sales calls, emails, texts, or mail for Gen Mobile products and services from Gen Mobile.

 

Let us know if your contact information changes as we’ll need your new information for your Gen Mobile Do Not Contact status to remain in effect.

Do Not Call Policy

In order to protect the privacy rights of consumers, the phone number of any person who informs Gen Mobile that he or she does not wish to receive solicitation calls will be placed on Gen Mobile's Internal Do Not Call list. Although we will note your request immediately, please allow up to thirty (30) days after you have made your request for your number to be removed from any sales programs currently underway.

 

Placing your telephone number on Gen Mobile's Internal Do Not Call list restricts telephone sales only. If you are a Gen Mobile customer, we may still contact you about service related issues, survey, billing, and other account related topics.

Do Not Email Policy

In order to protect the privacy rights of consumers, the email address of any person who informs Gen Mobile that he or she does not wish to receive marketing emails will be placed on Gen Mobile's Do Not Email list. Although we will note your request immediately, please allow up to ten (10) days after you have made your request for your email address to be removed from any marketing programs currently underway.

 

Placing your email address on Gen Mobile's Do Not Email list restricts marketing email only. If you are a Gen Mobile customer, we may still contact you about service related issues, survey, billing, and other account related topics.

Do Not Mail Policy

Although we will note your request immediately, please allow up to sixty (60) days after you have made your request for your address to be removed from any sales programs currently underway.

Do Not SMS Policy

In order to protect the privacy rights of consumers, the phone number of any person who informs Gen Mobile that he or she does not wish to receive solicitation texts will be placed on Gen Mobile's Internal Do Not SMS list.

 

Placing your telephone number on Gen Mobile's Internal Do Not SMS list restricts marketing texts only. If you are a Gen Mobile's customer, we may still contact you about service related issues, survey, billing, and other account related topics.
