Gen Mobile Non Profit Giveaway

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO RECOMMEND A NONPROFIT. This giveaway promotion (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States of America, aged 18 years or over. Employees of Gen Mobile or other parties, in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of this Promotion, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. To be eligible, recommended nonprofits must be U.S. 501(c)(3) organizations in good standing with applicable state and federal laws that provide direct services to communities in need without discriminating based upon race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation. Gen Mobile reserves the right to reject any nonprofit recommendation in its sole discretion. This Promotion is limited to one 501(c)(3) nonprofit referrals per user subject to these rules and to the first 50 organizations recommended under this Promotion. Users who share their story and tag us @genmobile.inc on Instagram can refer two 501(c)(3) nonprofits. One Promotion per nonprofit. Gen Mobile may cancel this Promotion at any time upon notice. Void where prohibited.

  1. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Gen Mobile as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Promotion.
  2. Promotion Period: Entries will be accepted on Instagram and Facebook from December 25, 2020 to 11:59 p.m. PST January 18, 2021. Nonprofits will be announced on January 20, 2021. Gen Mobile accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach Gen Mobile by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Referrals via agents or third parties are invalid.
  3. How to Recommend a Nonprofit: You must follow the directions on the individual post on Gen Mobile’s Instagram or Facebook to qualify. You must be following Gen Mobile for your recommended nonprofit to receive this Promotion. The Promotion is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  4. Nonprofit Selection: The nonprofits will be selected from people that submit a comment in accordance with posts’ instructions and follow Gen Mobile. Nonprofits will be notified by an @mention on Facebook and/or Instagram or Facebook DM. Nonprofits must provide name and shipping address to receive the Promotion. Gen Mobile’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  5. Donation to Nonprofits: Donations are subject to availability and may include Gen Mobile branded merchandise. Donations includes: three  months of service on the $15 plan for new Gen Mobile customers or equivalent credit. To receive the three free months of service, customer must sign up for service by January 31, 2020, with autopay but may cancel service at any time. This donation is not exchangeable for cash or other compensation.
  6. Terms & Conditions: Donations are subject to availability. Gen Mobile reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative donations of equivalent or greater value or (b) terminate the Promotion without notice.
  7. Use of Data: Gen Mobile will use data submitted by entrants for the purposes of running this Promotion and for promoting Gen Mobile. By entering this Promotion, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by Gen Mobile for these purposes.
  8. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook. You acknowledge that all information and material that you submit to enter this Promotion is submitted to Gen Mobile and not Instagram nor Facebook and You agree that Instagram and Facebook shall not be liable to You in any way in respect of this Promotion.
