Bringing a Sprint, Boost, or Virgin phone? Activating a Sprint, Boost or Virgin phone on the Gen Mobile network is quick and easy because your phone already includes a compatible SIM card*! Select "Any Sprint/Boost/Virgin phone" under the "check phone compatibility" drop down
Bringing a phone from another provider? Select your phone under the "check phone compatibility" drop down. We will send you the correct SIM card part and size (standard, micro, or nano) based on the phone you selected.
What's happens after checkout?
If you are bringing a Sprint, Boost or Virgin phone: There is no need to wait in the mail for a SIM card from us. A Gen Mobile Customer Care representative can activate your phone within a minutes after checkout via phone or chat.
If you are bringing a phone from another provider: After you receive your SIM card in the mail, we can activate your phone within minutes via phone or chat. Just call (833) 528-1380 or click here to chat with a Gen Mobile Customer Care representative between the hours of 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. PST, 7 days a week.
Note: Phones purchased outside of the U.S. are not eligible at this time.
