APN Settings

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot your connectivity issues.

APN Settings

On most Android devices, please follow the following steps to navigate to your APN settings. If you can't find the exact settings from the steps below, try selecting the most similar setting on your device.

    1. Go to Settings.
    2. Tap Network & internet or Connections.
    3. Tap Mobile Network.
    4. Tap Access Point Names.

Don't see Access Point Names?

    1. Tap Advanced.
    2. Tap Access Point Names.

Once you are in Access Point Names, press the '+' symbol or the 'Add' button and fill out the following fields. Leave all other fields untouched.

 

Name: ereseller

APN: ereseller

MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net

MMS proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net

MMS port: 80

MCC: 310

MNC: 410

APN type: default,mms,supl,hipri

APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6

APN roaming protocol: IPv4/IPv6

Mobile virtual network operator type: GID

Mobile virtual network operator value: 3340
