LEGAL NOTES

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a long-term, broadband federal government benefit program by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to eligible households and replaces the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program. You may be eligible for ACP based on your income or other qualifying criteria. ACP is a $30 discount which can be applied to any of Gen Mobile's phone plans or connected device plans. You can receive free service if you choose Gen Mobile’s $30 phone plan that includes unlimited talk & text and 7GB LTE data or Gen Mobile’s $30 connected device plan that includes 7GB LTE data (the data offering for both plans is standard data + bonus data for Gen Mobile ACP customers). When available, you may choose a plan that costs more for which you will have to pay the difference between the higher-cost plan and the $30 discount. Each plan has a 30-day cycle. Plans require a mobile device (i.e. phone, tablet, or hotspot) compatible with Gen Mobile’s network. You may bring your own mobile device. Gen Mobile may offer you a free mobile phone, an upgraded phone, and/or a discounted tablet under this promotion, subject to availability. ACP does not provide or subsidize phones. To receive a one-time discounted tablet under ACP, you must be from an eligible household and will have to pay more than $10 and less than $50 toward the purchase depending on the model. This offer is not combinable with other offers. One monthly discount per household. ACP participants may not transfer their discount to another person. Gen Mobile reserves the right to disconnect any service due to 30-days of non-use or other disqualifying terms as provided in the ACP. Customers are subject to Gen Mobile’s and ACP’s terms & conditions. Visit genmobile.com/terms for Gen Mobile terms & conditions, which are subject to change. © 2022 DISH Wireless L.L.C.
