Bringing a Sprint, Boost, or Virgin phone? Activating a Sprint, Boost or Virgin phone on the Gen Mobile network is quick and easy because your phone already includes a compatible SIM card*!
Bringing a phone from another provider? Select your phone under the "check phone compatibility" drop down. We will send you the correct SIM card size (standard, micro, or nano) based on the phone you selected.
What's happens after checkout? A Gen Mobile care representative will reach out to walk you through the activation process. If you are bringing a Sprint, Boost or Virgin phone, activation is immediate over the phone. If you are bringing a phone from another provider, activation is immediate after you receive your SIM card in the mail.
